Course Overview
This practical course builds core skills in rigorous policy analysis and the writing of learn persuasive policy briefs that influence senior decision-makers across African governments and organizations.

How will you learn
Hands-on with African case studies, fiscal simulation exercises, group work and practical
toolkits. You develop a subnational governance action plan during the course.

The course is offered as intensive 5-day in-person workshops (Nairobi and selected African cities) and parallel 5-day live online cohorts. Custom in-house versions are available for governments, CSOs and organizations.
