This course delivers practical approaches to public sector reform, performance management and improved service delivery across African governments.

The course is offered as an intensive 5-day in-person workshops (Nairobi and selected African cities) and parallel 5-day live online cohorts. Custom in-house versions are available for governments, CSOs and organizations.
